The grounds to the Manor house are both exquisite and plentiful. On the edge of the woods by the sea is a large field that doubles as a runway and houses an aircraft hanger. The gardens are immaculate and beautifully tended to. The property faces south towards a large a lake with a traditional boat house with a wooden rowing boat. A folly sits amongst a large maze. Within a walled garden is a fully stocked kitchen garden and a tennis court. There is a large field which doubles as car park for events. Other treasures to be found are the topiary, fountain, statues. Stone steps lead to the lake.
