This fabulous huge detached & empty Victorian hotel is set in large gardens overlooking the Solent with far reaching sea views that could easily double as many coastal locations. The scope for filming and photography at this property is vast. With numerous empty bedrooms, large character filled reception rooms, an industrial kitchen and various outbuildings. There is an abundance of space and also with the option to stay. The views from the roof are magnificent. This property also has a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool and ample parking. The decor is currently a mix of 1970’s and 1980’s. The owners are receptive to the potential to dress, paint and set build.
